Bang!
Is it just me or would anyone else expect professional electricians to ensure there are no bare wires in a light socket!!!
The new transport has been ordered :-)
Check out this little tiger...

So, have I finally found an iPhone app for updating my blog? If this post appears then yes :-)

I knew I was old before my time...
So, I've just been to see the doctor about the ongoing problem of my hands going numb and as expected I have carpel tunnel syndrome in both hands :-( Apparently it effects 1 in 1000 people a year, usually in the 40-50 age range!
It might be fixed by wearing splints ...
... it might be fixed with a couple of injections ...
... or, we might need to get ourselves a nice sharp scalpel :-(

Nooooooooooooo!
853 emails! My guess is that 3 max will be interesting, it's just a case of finding them.

That's all folks...
Well that's it, today is our 100th day away from work and tomorrow we have to go back. It's been a fantastic break and I would highly recommend doing something similar to everyone. I'm quite looking forward to seeing all my work buddies again and of course we have rebranded and so I return to Aviva not Norwich Union - exciting huh ;-)
Oh and by the way the picture above is a collage created using Picasa and a section of my favorite photos of the house in Campsegret.

The wonders of the modern motor car
I am always surprised how far you can drive in a day if you put your mind to it! Yesterday we left Campsegret (near Bergerac in the South of France) at 06:45 and arrived home in Norwich at 20:15
That's 735 miles in 13.5 hours, including crossing the channel - crazy town when you think about it.
Also, the French leg was specifically impressive as we did 515 miles in 8.5 hours (without breaking the speed limit) which is an average speed of 60mph including stops for fuel and food and also going through Paris!

Beautiful Biarritz
Sometimes you just need to have a little 'bling' in your life :-)
The first two pictures are of our suite and the second two are the view from our balcony. Anyway, must dash as petit dejeuner is calling.
