Cinema Update

The NFN people sitting next to me in the cinema the other night seemed to think they we actually in their own lounge as they talked all the way through the film - it was like having the directors commentary on, only with less intelligent remarks!

Luckily, the Bourne Ultimatum is such a good film that it didn't really matter :-)

Oh my word!

I'm in the cinema just watching the adverts before the film starts and the guy next to me has just remarked 'that's a stunning looking car!' to the Mondeo advert!!!

This is definitely what we call NFN - Normal for Norfolk ;-)

Climate Change?

I'm not sure what it's like where you are but it would appear that winter has arrived here in Norwich :-(

Oh I do like to be beside the sea side...

Even though the journey was not good, and I had to put all the boxes I had taken down from the previous loft 3 weeks ago, back into the new loft, we had a great time at my parents new house in Sussex.

One of the best things is that they are now 5 minutes from this...

Grrrrrr

I'm soooooooooo annoyed! We were due to go down to see the folks in East Sussex last night, we didn't because the m25 was, basically closed, on the section we needed. We decided to leave at 6.30 this morning instead. All was fine when we set off until a lorry decided to be on fire on the exact same section of the m25 as the problems yesterday! Grrrrrrrr!

We're now in more traffic near Sevenoaks having come off the motorway early! Grrrrr grrrrrr!

Obsession with pots!

Well Scot you've finally made it onto the blog (well your arm has anyway) due to your fascinating obsession with pots based dining ;-)

Not a bad spread seeing as there were only two of us, and no, we didn't eat it all!

So childish...

I raced the bus to work this morning on my bike - I won :-D

We passed each other 100 meters from our house, going in opposite directions out of the close and so it had to be done. I took an early lead (going a sightly shorter route for the first 1/2 mile) but about a mile from the finish the bus caught me up. I managed to catch back up twice as it stopped for passengers but lost out again on the straights.

I managed to sneak my win about 50 metres from the line by cutting through traffic, ha!
